In the event of a verified product loss or damage during transit:
A refund of 90% to 100% of the paid amount will be issued, depending on the insurance evaluation and specific case circumstances.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
Customer’s refusal to accept delivery without valid reason.
Product misuse, improper handling, or damage caused after delivery.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of payment if not yet shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
Validity of Quotations
All quotations are valid until the stated expiry date and based on DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms for the specified quantity and address. Changes in order quantity, destination, or product specifications may require a price revision.
