Shipping Timeline
All products are dispatched within 3 working days upon receipt of full payment.
A tracking ID will be shared immediately after shipment.
Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Schedule
By Air: Orders are typically delivered within 12 days to the customer’s specified address.
By Sea: Orders are typically delivered within 25 days, depending on destination and customs procedures.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to external factors such as flight disruptions, port delays, or customs inspections.
Smart Mart International shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure events or logistics issues beyond our control.

Shipping Accuracy
Customers must ensure that shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of order. Smart Mart International is not responsible for losses, delays, or failed deliveries resulting from incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Insurance Coverage
All shipments are covered by premium insurance during transit. In case of loss or significant damage during shipping, Smart Mart International will assist in the insurance claim process.
